This Privacy Policy sets forth the types of information we collect from you or that you may provide to us when you visit www.hmclause.com (the “Site”), and our practices for collecting, maintaining, protecting, using and disclosing that information.

Children Under the Age of 13

The Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and information collected by and through the Site. It does not apply to any other HM.CLAUSE services or dealings with users or customers, offline or through any other means, nor does it apply to third party websites which may be linked to the Site.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information by which you may be personally identified, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number or other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“Personal Information”), directly from you when you provide it to us. This includes information provided when you Contact Us or Report a Problem, including information you provide by filling in forms and all records and copies of your correspondences. Information We Collect Automatically

We collect information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns automatically as you navigate through the Site through the use of automatic data collection technologies. Online Tracking and How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your privacy, we cannot promise that the current limitations of our online applications programming will address every browser setting or honor every personal browser preference. In particular, we have not implemented the necessary program changes to honor “Do Not Track” or “DNT” browser signals. HM.CLAUSE’s Use and Disclosure of Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:

  • To present the Site and its contents to you;
  • To provide you with information that you request from us;
  • To fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;
  • To notify you about changes to the Site, our Terms of Useor this Privacy Policy;

Security and Protecting Your Own Privacy

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted on or through the Site. Changes to Privacy Policy

If HM.CLAUSE decides to change this Privacy Policy or our practices, we will post a notice of those changes to our Privacy Policy on the Site home page in advance of the changes taking effect, so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use Personal Information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify you by e-mail.
