HM CLAUSE, along with fellow partners, teamed up with University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences, for the annual food and drink showcase; Flavors of Florida. This annual event showcases top-notch science used to create delectable, nutritious food and beverages.
Featured were Florida’s traditional commodities, like tomatoes, citrus, corn, blueberries, strawberries and beef. This year also featured emerging crops such as olives, avocados, pomegranates and peaches, whose popularity in the marketplace may help shape the focus of agriculture in Florida.
