Sacramento Business Journal: HM.CLAUSE provides valuable lab space to start ups.

It’s unusual to find space for wet labs in the UC Davis region, while there are many in the region, most cannot offer their additional space due to security and certification restrictions. HM CLAUSE through UC Davis-HM.CLAUSE Life Science Innovation Center, provides lab space for startups through the use of labs it acquired from Campbell Seeds and is administered by UC Davis as a biological technology incubator.

MedStart, an economic development organization focusing on supporting innovation in medical technology and biotechnology in Northern California, recently expanded its network of laboratory space for fledgling biological companies in Yolo County by becoming a tenant of the Center, and offering lab space to strengthen and support of start-ups in need of this important service.
