What do you see as the most critical challenge for our industry, and what is our company’s role in meeting that?

Gilles Lepoutre, Director of Production EMEA at HM.CLAUSE, supervises and manages all the agronomical production in the supply chain for EMEA vegetable seeds. He began his career 26 years ago as the Production Facilitator for new products at Tézier and was in charge of coordinating the production and trials.
For 7 years Gilles was a seed supplier for vegetable and fruits and later assumed the role of Vegetable Seed Production Manager at a home farm in Chile that merged Clause Chile and Semillas de Chile. Thereafter, Gilles was accountable for all home farms and developed new production home farms in both China and India as the World Home Farm Manager. Before obtaining his current position he served as Manager of Seed Supply and Home Farms in EMEA for 5 years. He is currently working on building a production home farm in Kenya as the Director of Production.
