What has your career path looked like at HM.CLAUSE?
Since my career evolution from Semillas Limagrain Chile to HM.CLAUSE, my strategic decision-making responsibilities have increased significantly. This is one of many ways in which the scope of my duties has broadened as I’ve grown with the company.
What excites you most about your work here now?
My current trajectory is very exciting because I have ownership of a wide range of responsibilities concerning many species. I also get to work with many colleagues and partners to help to address the various challenges that appear throughout the seed supply chain. I also like the fact that in agriculture, each day, there is something new to learn.
What do you see as the most critical challenge for our industry, and what is our company’s role in meeting that?
From my point of view, the most critical challenge for us is being able to consistently meet our customers’ increasing expectations for quality. HM.CLAUSE is one of the biggest vegetable seed suppliers in the world and our company strives to provide the highest quality and value, so we have to always work towards accomplishing that.
